When considering approving an M&A transaction, whether on the buy-side or sell-side, corporate directors must consider and assess many factors in order to properly fulfill their fiduciary duties. And, at the same time, they must provide an appropriate level of oversight in managing executive management, outside counsel, and other advisors.
This panel will guide the audience through the timeline of an M&A transaction from the unique perspective of the company’s board of directors and provide an eye-opening behind the scenes look at the internal workings of a board in action when dealing with an M&A transaction.
